• What age is Bob's Band aimed at?
Bob's Band is perfect for toddlers and babies once they can sit up by themselves .
Baby Bobs is suitable from birth until sitting up and is a slightly shorter, calmer beginning to their musical journey.
• What's included in my ticket?
First a foremost, the ticket covers a music session with instruments, songs and musical activities. There's also toilets and baby change should you need to use them. Your termly pass ticket also includes a Band card that your little one can bring along to be stamped each week, and a certificate on completion of the term.
• What facilities are there?
Toilets and baby change available
Parking - Churchill Way car park is free for 1 hour or £1 for 3 hours. There are 1 hour free spaces on surrounding streets - please check before you park.
Please note - the venue is upstairs so please let me know if you will need help bringing a pram up prior to arriving.
• How can I get the most out of my session?
Bob's Band is a participation style group, which means it's for parents and carers to get involved with throughout - little ones love to engage with their grown ups during the sessions and it's a great time to bond and share a love of music together.
• What happens if a session is cancelled?
In the unfortunate but unlikely event that a session is cancelled, a message will be sent as soon as possible, and an update will be posted on social media. Refunds for that session will be given in relation to the type of ticket purchased.
• What happens if I can't make my session?
Unfortunately there is little that can be done if a session is unable to be attended once booked and the class will still go ahead as planned. If you let me know in advance I may be able to move your ticket to another session. If you or your little one are feeling poorly at the time of the booked session, I kindly ask that you don't attend, and I will try and reschedule your session for when you are feeling better.
• What do you do with the data from the contact form and sign in forms?
I use it to communicate with you regarding your booked sessions and future sessions. I never share any data I receive with any other companies or groups, in line with the GDPR regulations, and I take customer privacy very seriously. If you wish to know more or have any concerns, please contact me.
• Do you take photos for social media?
Yes I do occasionally, but only with parental permission, which I ask for at the beginning of each session or whenever photos are being taken.
• What does Bob like to eat for his tea?
When Bob is up North away from his Royal duties, he loves nothing more than a bowl of Lancashire Hot Pot with mushy peas! But don't tell the King I said so!
